Foundation for Access to Rights (FAR) participated in the international conference "Human Trafficking: The Path of Labor Migration – Traps and Opportunities for Third-Country Nationals".

The event, organized by the National Commission for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings and International Justice Mission (IJM) Romania, focused on the following topics:

  • European and national labor migration policies
  • Challenges in the employment of third-country nationals
  • Mechanisms for combating human trafficking and labor exploitation

Our Activities Coordinator Maria Netzova presented FAR's efforts in:

  • Raising awareness and ensuring access to rights for refugees and migrants through Refugeelight.bg
  • Supporting their labor market integration via Migrantlife.bg – a specialized platform connecting employers with job-seeking foreigners
