The webinar will provide an overview of the options for reunification with the family both according to the “Dublin” procedure while the request for international protection is under review, and after refugee or humanitarian status has been granted.

Magdalena Bahoudaila, senior protection assistant at UNHCR, will be our guest speaker.

The webinar will be held in Bulgarian and Arabic.

The webinar will take place on April 29, 2021, Thursday, at 4 pm online and in the closed Facebook group MigrantLife.Bg, which we invite you to join if you are not a member.

Participation is free but registration is required. The deadline for registration is April 27, 2021 and you can register here:

After registration, your request will be reviewed by the organizers and, upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the meeting. Please note that this webinar is only for migrants and refugees.

This is the fourth out of six webinars, organized by FAR as part of the project “Legal aid to materially disadvantaged refugees and migrants during a pandemic by using and improving the platform MigrantLife.Bg,” financed by the Active Citizens Fund. The webinars aim to present practical information on relevant legal topics and issues, related to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, as well as to answer the participants’ questions.

If you have any questions regarding the registration process, you can reach us at office@farbg.eu.
