The Foundation for Access to Rights - FAR invites you to a free webinar dedicated to the available social support for asylum seekers and refugees in Bulgaria during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the specific support measures introduced by the Bulgarian government, we will also provide information on the generally available support in the field of social assistance, family benefits for children and social services in the country.
The webinar will be led by Mrs. Emiliya Bratanova van Harten, an Integration Associate at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
The webinar will be held on 20 February 2021 (Saturday) from 11:00 to 12:00 (EET) online and in the closed Facebook group MigrantLife.Bg. If you are not yet a member, you are welcome to join the FB group.
This webinar is the second out of six monthly webinars, organized by FAR within the project “Legal aid to financially disadvantaged refugees and immigrants during a pandemic by using and improving the Migrantlife.Bg platform”, funded by the Active Citizens Fund Bulgaria. The webinars aim to present practical information on current legal topics and issues related to the ongoing pandemic Covid – 19, as well as to answer questions that participants have.
