The Foundation for Access to Rights – FAR held the Conference "Perspectives for the Integration of Refugees and Migrants into the Labor Market" 

Are employers in Bulgaria ready to attract and retain refugees and migrants as part of their team — and what stands in their way? This important question brought together institutions, trade unions, employers, municipalities, and civil organizations at the Conference, held on November 13, 2025, at the InterContinental Sofia hotel. We discussed the real challenges facing businesses, administrative barriers, as well as successful practices that are already yielding results in support of labor integration. We thank all participants for the constructive ideas and commitment!
