FOUNDATION FOR ACCESS TO RIGHTS, UIC: 176553638, provides free and paid mediation services on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria through the website to legal entities and individuals with valid registration in the Commercial Register – Employers.
Scope and effect of the general terms and conditions.
The general terms and conditions apply to all adults, capable individuals, who have applied for use of the published employment mediation services of the Foundation for Access to Rights, through all its websites.
The general terms and conditions apply to any employment mediation by the Foundation for Access to Rights, including the advertisements published on this website and all additionally signed contracts.
Scope of services provided
The services include publishing job vacancies upon request from Employers, referring job seekers, finding matches in the database with candidates, referring and selecting candidates, organizing interviews between the employer and the selected candidates, assistance with translation and preparation of the necessary documents for hiring foreign citizens.
The services are requested by submitting an application through migrantlife.bg.
Contact
In connection with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation ("Regulation (EU) 2016/679"), the Employer undertakes to provide a contact for candidates - job seekers on issues related to the protection of their personal data. The Employer undertakes to keep the contact up to date at all times. This contact, together with the data identifying the Employer, is publicly published on the Site.
Submission of documents
PHARE reserves the right to request the submission of additional documents, including signed ones (manually or with an electronic signature), for additional identification of the Employer and/or its Representative.
Authenticity of provided data
Employers are fully responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and, in the event of inaccuracy in the data, are obliged to immediately remove it. In the event that this is not done immediately, PHARE has the right to remove their advertisements from the Site without warning.
Publication of advertisements
7.1. PHARE advertises and/or publishes job advertisements through the Site www.migrantlife.bg only in cases where an agency contract has been concluded with an employer and in the presence of vacancies requested by him on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
7.2. Employers are obliged by these General Terms and Conditions to provide advertisements only for real and current positions, and publication of advertisements that refer to jobs outside the Republic of Bulgaria is not allowed.
7.3. No advertisements may be used to promote business opportunities, partnerships, products, services or websites, requirements to join social media pages, registrations, participation in games and/or pyramid schemes.
7.4. With these General Terms and Conditions, employers agree that Candidates are not required in any form to purchase training or other services.
7.5. Employers’ information, documents and advertisements may not contain:
(a) discriminatory requirements;
(b) materials that violate or do not respect the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, including fundamental human rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;
(c) or any content that is unlawful, discriminatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, defamatory, hateful or indecent or that could embarrass or offend a third party.
7.6. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, employers grant PHARE the right to make available and publish the announced vacancies, as well as to make them publicly available, for which PHARE does not owe any remuneration.
7.7. PHARE reserves the right to refuse, temporarily suspend or terminate the provision of Intermediary Services and to remove an advertisement from the Site:
(a) in the event of unfair behavior on the part of the Employer (e.g. providing false or misleading data and/or information; referring to competing sites, etc.);
(b) in the event of suspected violation of these General Terms and Conditions or the legislation;
(c) in the event of amounts due not being paid on time, partially and/or in full.
7.8. In order to ensure reliability and security, PHARE reserves the right to seek assistance from the competent authorities in the event of gross violations of these General Terms and Conditions and/or Bulgarian legislation.
Use of the content
8.1. The Site and its content are the property of PHARE. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you are not entitled to use in any way, copy, modify or distribute content from the Site that does not belong to you for purposes other than or incompatible with the services for intermediation in hiring workers in Bulgaria or for other purposes.
