Maria Netsova and Lawyer Yanka Kosarova from the Foundation for Access to Rights (FAR) took part in the forum "Unlocking the Hidden Potential: Business Leadership in Refugee Integration" . The event was held on December 02, 2025, in Sofia, and was organized by UNHCR Bulgaria (UN High Commissioner for Refugees) . The forum gathered representatives from the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (MLSP), the British Embassy , Bulgarian businesses , and the refugee community. Key topics discussed at the event related to the inclusion of refugees in the Bulgarian labour market:

- Inclusion as employees/workers.

- The opportunity to start their own business in Bulgaria . Lawyer Yanka Kosarova participated in the panel "Entrepreneurship for People from the Refugee Community – Unveiling Talents and Innovation" , where she presented the legal aspects of starting a business in Bulgaria and the main challenges faced by refugees.
