#GiveAChance – when you open a door, everyone wins!

Alireza Shabankare is from Iran and has lived in Bulgaria for 12 years. Today, he runs a company in metal construction and hires refugees. His team includes five people who have found a new start and stability.

With the support of the Foundation for Access to Rights – FAR, the hiring process is simple and reliable. Alireza believes that people seeking a new life deserve a chance – and when given one, they prove to be motivated and responsible.
